Refund policy

At MRG Protein, we take great care in producing and packaging our products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Due to the nature of the items we sell, we do not accept returns.

Our products are food and beverage items (perishable goods) and therefore cannot be returned once they have been dispatched.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

We kindly ask that you inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your order arrives damaged, missing items, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

To help us investigate and resolve your claim, please include:

Your order number

Clear photos of the damaged package and items

Photos of the outer packaging and shipping label

Once reviewed, we will arrange an appropriate solution where applicable, such as a replacement or refund.

Reporting Issues

Any issues with your order must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Unfortunately, we may not be able to assist with claims reported after this period.
