All orders are shipped using Royal Mail tracked delivery services.
Delivery times may vary depending on location, courier performance, and seasonal demand.
Estimated delivery times are typically 2–4 business days after dispatch.

Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for ensuring the correct shipping address is entered at checkout.
MRG Protein cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
Delayed or Lost Parcels
Occasionally, delays may occur due to courier issues that are outside of our control.
If your order appears delayed, please allow additional time for the courier to update tracking information.
If your parcel appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will investigate the issue with the courier.
Damaged Deliveries
While we take great care when packaging your order, items may occasionally be damaged during transit.
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your order arrives damaged, missing items, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

Photos of the damaged items
Photos of the outer packaging and shipping label
