Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, we are unfortunately unable to cancel it.

Important Information

Due to the nature of our products (food and beverage items), we are unable to accept returns once an order has been dispatched.

If your order arrives damaged, missing items, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
